Each grade level will have a Louisiana presentation for you to enjoy. There will be live entertainment provided by Red Saltzman and the Rambling Cajuns. Be sure and visit the Book Fair in the library while you are here! Jambalaya dinners will be sold by pre-order only. Orders are due by Wednesday, March 14. Dinners are $4.00 and include jambalaya, corn, buttered roll and bottled water. Please make checks payable to SBE.

Kindergarten Registration- Tuesday and Wednesday April 10 & 11. Documents needed: Birth Certificate, SSN, Updated Shot Records, Proof of Residence (Water or Electric Bill in parent/legal guardians name).

April 12-PreK Registration 8:30AM

Limited Number of Openings: Program acceptance will be based on first come, first served basis after meeting guidelines.

The following guidelines must be met.

1.    Age 4 (on or before September 30, 2018)

2.    Must be a resident in South Beauregard School district

3.    Completed application and eligibility requirements met

4.    A completed application must include copies of the


a.    Birth Certificate

b.    Child’s social security card

c.    Current immunization record

d.    Proof of residence (Electricity or water bill)

e.    Proof of income (Any of the following:

Two (2) consecutive current check stubs or official letter from employer with  pertinent info; SNAP or current foster care agreement from DCFS; homeless or  unemployed parents  must submit a letter of support and income documentation from support source)
All of the above documents must be presented before application process is complete.

Application process must be completed by the parent or legal guardian.  Please present guardianship document.
